Design fee per square meter of Softscape is waived when the implementation is also done by our company.
The integrity of the design is maintained because we interpret best our own design and implement the landscape based on how we intended it to be.
In designing Softscape works, we provide the planting plan and the bill of quantities with plant specifications for the client’s reference and review.
As the designer who also implements, we can work flexibly by changing the location of plants, their combination and, grouping based on actual site conditions and availability of plants. This technique proves to be more sustainable for the landscape in the long run.
Since plants have a life of their own and we cannot always control their growth, which will sometimes be a challenge concerning specifications of height and size, we tend to propagate them in advance by the bulk; thus, our company also engages in growing of ornamental plants.
For Hardscape works, we provide design through space planning or layout of common amenities such as swimming pools, gazebos, other water features, path walks, and playground, to name a few. We also provide material specs and budget estimates for the benefit of the contractor implementing the hardscape features of a landscape. But of course, we can also do the implementation ourselves.
The client provides a holding area at the project site for the plants to acclimatize in. Basic utilities are also provided by the client or the owner.
The client can choose a type of landscape to be designed and implemented: Class A, B, or C.
